Refund Policy

It is the policy of the Southern New England Conference Family Ministries Department to allow only name exchanges. Monetary refunds are not permitted once any amount of fees have been paid towards the registration.

 

If you will not be able to make it, please make arangements for another couple to take you place.

 

Engaged Couples Policy

It is the policy of the Southern New England Conference Family Ministries Department that engaged couples attending overnight sleep in seperate head quarters. This can be arranged through the hotel.
